Getting Off To A Good Start
We will look at things you can do before your courses begin to prepare yourself, your classroom, your students and your materials in a way that will get you off to a good start.
We will discuss ways you can make sure the first session of your course sets the right tone for the rest of the course. We will look at a number of ways that you can conduct introductions, icebreakers, ways to bring about positive interdependence, etc. that will help your students feel welcome and motivated.
